Tendon and Muscle Health Makes A Topic for Healthy Conversation

(BELLEVILLE, IL) Dr. Jeff Smithers, a board-certified sports medicine physician with Southern Illinois Sports Medicine, will conduct a Healthy Conversation about Tendon and Muscle Health on Wednesday, March 24, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Health and Education Center, 706 East Highway 50, in O’Fallon, IL.

Healthy Conversation is a program presented by Memorial Hospital in conjunction with area health professionals to provide the public with information on a variety of wellness-related topics. Dr. Smithers will discuss the origin of tendon and muscle pain and what can be done to remain active while staying pain free.
